The basics of poultry farming

Poultry farming is the fastest growing agricultural subsector. A sector that offers many opportunities, but also presents many challenges. To deal with this properly, it is important to have basic knowledge and skills in this field.

This site is under construction which is the reason why some parts are still in Dutch. Unfortunately, due to the summer holidays, we cannot solve this in the short term. We apologize for this.

Program

We offer a five-day program covering the basics of modern broiler and layer farming.

    People working in the poultry sector, for supply companies and in education and training.

  • Course Fee
    € 1.475,00
  • Planning
    The course is given from Monday to Friday and training days are from 9.15 to 16.00. Our motto is: learning by doing, which implies that we organise farm visits and training sessions in poultry houses.
  • Admission requirements
    This course is given in English.
  • Certificate
    A certificate will be provided upon completion of the course.
  • Accommodation
    Accommodation is not included but we can advise you on this.
